Elmo Cake
Shelby's birthday isn't until August, but I decided to try my luck at her making her birthday cake. Her actual birthday cake is going to be a little different, but the Elmo will be the same. Decorating the cake was much harder than I had anticipated. I'm just glad my sister-in-law, Laurie, came over and helped me out with the eyes and nose. Apparently, I'm not very good at making circles. But, at least the finished product looks like Elmo.

awesome!!! I'm 100% addicted to cool homemade cakes. Was it the teeny flower dots that took forever? I think a cake like that would take forever. So this was a practice cake? Good idea.
