New Shoes
Travis and I went to Road Runner Sports last night. I had my feet and running style analyzed. I have really high arches, but I run neutral. I had no idea. I tried on 4 pairs of shoes and found my perfect match. I went running this morning and afterward I wanted to kiss my shoes because I loved them so much. For the very first time, my feet didn't hurt when I ran. Yahoo!

yeehaw! i bought some newbies about a month ago as well. amazing what happens when you have shoes that really are fit just for you! keep it up girl!
I know what you mean. I was walking with Colleen and was having lots of problems so I went in and had my feet analyzed. They narrowed it down to 3 pairs and I picked one and a week later went back and bought a 2nd one. It is amazing the difference it makes to have the right shoes. Keep running
