The Nutcracker Ballet - Travis' work gave us free tickets to the Nutcracker. Shelby was really excited to go, until she realized she wouldn't be dancing with the ballerinas on stage.
Downtown Portland - Every year the Gray clan takes the train or bus into downtown Portland. The ride there is usually the best part for Shelby. She also got to meet Santa for the first time. She was so excited to tell him she wanted a pink bear with heart on its tummy ( the Love-a-Lot Carebear ) and dinosaurs.

Shelby looks so pitiful at the ballet -- poor girl! I like her polka-dotted dress, though. And I love the second to last picture in this post -- she's so beautiful!
