Festivus

We had a pretty awesome weekend.  Shelby spent  Friday afternoon playing outside; the weather was fantastic.

That night, she spent the night at Gray's. Shelby helped her grandpa put together a garden cart, which Shelby loved riding around in.

She also spent a good amount of time swinging.

Her blanket couldn't be left out.

On Saturday we all went to see "How to Train Your Dragon" and then we went to the Pioneer Days Festival.

Shelby was even able to ride a pony, although the go-carts she was too small to drive seemed to interest her more.  Still, haven't seen her happier.

Shelby was brave enough to take a ride on her first roller coaster.  About a minute into the ride she started screaming.  But, she did tell me she like it and wanted to go again.

After the festival we went back to the Gray's and planted our garden.  We are growing zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, spaghetti squash (which I'm really excited about) peppers and pumpkins.

I'm so jealous of all your gardening space. We have a long strip in the backyard, between the grass and the fence, and it's only 2.5 feet wide. I'd love to have more.
