Jay and Laurie gave Shelby Hayden's old bike. Hayden is too big for it and Shelby is too small for it, but Shelby likes to ride it anyway. I knew she'd like the bike, but I underestimated her excitement.
They use to make blocks that strapped to the pedals if a bike was too big and that way the kids could reach the pedals. That is great Shelby is adjusting to the bed. Does her crib convert into a bed (it looked like it might in your picture)? We go a nice day bed (with drawers underneath,that concverts into a double) at Ikea for a great price.
