Change Up

I've been blogging for 3 years. That's a long time for me to stick with anything. I was getting tired of my old blog so I decided to change some things a bit. I still haven't decided about staying public or going private. So for now, I'm open to everyone who wants to find me.

Speaking of change; Beth was in Rexburg, ID over the weekend and I was a wee bit jealous. She was there for her 10-year graduation reunion. Her trip was going to include eating at our favorite places, Papa Kelsey's and Craigo's. If you've lived in Rexburg, I'm sure you know these places and love them as much as Beth and I (and Jay) do. Beth is so nice she was even going to bring me back my favorite thing ever, a Papa Kelsey's Turkey BLT. It's the best sandwich ever made. It's been a long time since I've been lucky enough to eat on of those awesome sandwiches and I was really looking forward to getting my hands on one. I didn't even care if it was a day old. It was going to be awesome. Unfortunately, when she arrived in Rexburg she noticed Papa Kelsey's was out of business and Craigo's had moved locations and is now neighbors with Walmart. But, it's not the same Craigo's. They don't even sell pizza bombs. Come on! No pizza bombs? No Papa Kelsey's and no Craigo's. This isn't the Rexburg I know and love. It's a shame. Why can't things just stay the way I remember them? I'm still trying to get my hands on a Papa Kelsey's and I have 1 option remaining. Jay and his family went to Salt Lake City over the weekend...and maybe just maybe, they will make a detour to Logan, UT and visit the Papa Kelsey's on Main Street and bring me back my sandwich. If this plan doesn't work out for me I'm gonna have to wait until July when I visit Rexburg, ID and Logan, UT on my way to Bear Lake. I don't think I can wait that long.
