I don't usually watch David Letterman, but I was interested in his show last night when I saw a clip of his guest. The guest was strange looking and I had no idea who it was. I decided to check it out today because I was still curious. The guest ends up being Joaquin Phoenix. I watched the video clip on You Tube and it was just very awkward. What happened to the guy? He seemed so normal before? What this whole thing just an act? If you're wondering how much the guy has change, the 2nd video is of Phoenix when he was on Letterman a few years ago.

I didn't finish watching it but...it has to be an act right?
I had read that he isn't acting anymore and instead focusing on his music. So I guess he doesn't care what he looks like!
