Portland Trailblazers

According to Beth, her job has 1 perk; free Portland Trailblazers tickets. It's a pretty nice perk because the tickets are located 6 rows back from the court.

When we first arrived at the game I was surprised to see how big the players actually were. And by big I mean normal size because we were so close that the players looked like regular people instead of the little itty-bitty tiny people I am used to seeing at ball games. I was even able to hear a point guard tell one of the players where to move on the court. That's how close we were.

Beth and I arrived at the game a few minutes late. When we sat down I wanted to know what the score was, but I couldn't find the score board. After asking Beth where the score board was she told me to "look up." I laughed. I've never had to look up to see the score board before. Love it.

I think all mascots are pretty funny. I am not sure why the Trailblazers mascot is a wolf or cat instead of a pioneer, but he was pretty funny and I was amused by his actions most of the time.

The rest of my game photos came out very blurry, including the snapshots of Beth and I. Hopefully Beth's photos turn out better than mine. But, seeing as how we have the exact same camera I will not be holding my breath.

How fun!! We got tickets like that to a Jazz game a couple years ago. You realized just how tall basketball players are when you are that close to the court:)
