True Story

I've been getting a lot of e-mails about this so I thought I'd confirm the facts.

YES, Shelby walked before she crawled. I know it seems strange, but it's a true story. I always figured she'd walk first because she's been standing up since she was 3-months old. I also assumed she would never crawl becuase she hates being on her stomach. But, she proved me wrong by crawling on Wednesday. It's really nice of her to start walking and crawling in the same week. She likes to do these kinds of things to drive me crazy. At least her dragon phase is over (for the most part). And she's nice enough to not walk much (or feel the need to try to walk) when I'm around. And I can usually keep tabs on her when she's crawling. I did lose her once when she crawled underneath the kitchen table. She thought that was pretty cleaver. She even clapped when I found her. Bath time has also become difficult becuase she thinks she should walk around in the tub. No es bueno. Anyway, that's the story. She walked and then crawled and now I'm a super busy mom trying to baby-proof our house.
