Cannon Beach
Someone had a brilliant idea to head to the coast today. We couldn't have picked a better day. It was 90+ degrees in Portland, but a nice 70ish degrees at the coast. It was the best weather I have ever experienced at the Oregon Coast. When we returned home later that evening, most of my plants were wilted and sad looking and it was too hot to sleep at our house (someone turned off our AC to save money on our electric bill...) so we slept at my parents place. But, all-in-all, it was a great summer day. I added some color to my tan and Travis decided to to dress up as a lobster for the next few days.

Looks like lots of fun. The pictures are beautiful. I was there almost 7 yrs ago. We had a birthday party on the beach for my granddaughter. Hope the lobster will feel better.
Ann, I can't believe how much you look like Beth in these pictures! (I mean, I know you're twins and all, but...wow.) That looks like so much fun and it makes me miss that area of the world!
