THE BIKE
12-mile bike course over the beautiful, rolling country roads that surround the Canby area.
THE RUN
3.1 mile run on roadways with about one third on paved walking trail. The course is mostly flat and fast.

This morning before Travis left he asked to borrow my swim cap.
He tried it on to make sure it fit.
