This is a side view of the hair just after it's been cut. We still cut 1 more inch to get the style I wanted.
Here is more of a side/back angle of the general overall length of the hair. It's definitely above the shoulders.
I didn't have a ruler to show you the length so you will have to trust me on this one. That lock of hair is 8 inches long...some chunks are even 9 inches long. I am so glad I was finally able to donate my hair. I have always wanted to donate and I am going to do it again....just not for a while.

I love your hair. I kept checking your post to see when the event had happened. It was such a neat thing you did with your hair. I had a friend that was able to have wig that matched her once red hair because someone donated hair. Have fun with the new do, it looks really cute.
