Christmas Celebrations

I know it's a little late to be posting Christmas pictures, but I finally have them to post. This year we did something a little different for our Christmas celebrations. The Gray's, Lundgreen's, Scott's and Pedersen's decided to have Christmas Eve dinner AND Christmas Day dinner together. It made things so much easier for Travis and me because we didn't have to shuffle around going from family to family. On Christmas Eve we had Greek food, a Lundgreen family tradition. This included pastitsio, tyropita, dolmathes, spanikoptia and of course dessert with baklava, melomacarona and kourabiethes. On Christmas day we ate Mexican food...the Gray's traditional Christmas meal. That meal included enchiladas, stuffed peppers, sopapillas and flan. Both meals were super tasty. We are already looking forward to next year!!

Shelby got a new hat from Grandma Gray. This hat is intended to be used later this year for the Gray's annual Labor Day Weekend camping trip at Alder Flat. Shelby's head will probably fill up the hat by then...at least we hope.

The tyropita looks delicious! I actually really like Greek food... unlike some of the children portrayed in your photos...

I love that picture of Shelby in that hat... way cute!
