100 Things About Me

My friend Sarah sent me a list a while back of 100 things about her. It was fun and interesting to read her list and I decided to make my own. It was harder than it looks, but it was fun to do. Most of this stuff some of you may already know, but some of it may surprise you.

1. I am a twin.
2. I was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
3. I love reading books.
4. I hate getting up in the morning, even if it’s 10 am.
5. I love playing Scrabble.
6. Generally speaking, I am pessimistic.
7. I love going to the theater.
8. I get car sick.
9. I don’t like seafood.
10. I love New York City.
11. I like hearing ghost stories.
12. I saw a UFO.
13. I enjoy swimming.
14. I appreciate having bathrooms on all the floors in my house.
15. I hate it when people don’t use their turn signal when they drive.
16. I love playing the Sims on my computer.
17. I love Spanish music…especially Enrique Iglesias and Ricky Martin.
18. I don’t have a home telephone.
19. I don’t like folding laundry or putting it away.
20. I am a cuddle bug.
21. I love getting tan…something that is difficult to do in the Northwest.
22. I love fonts. I can spend hours online looking for new fonts to download.
23. I watch “Days of our Lives” and I enjoy it.
24. I love baby feet.
25. I squeal whenever I see a duck-butt.
26. I will always eat ice cream no matter what.
27. I like going to Disneyland.
28. I love fall. October is my favorite month of the year.
29. I get lost really easily.
30. I like to garden.
31. I get stressed out all the time.
32. I don’t like clutter.
33. I love how carpets look right after it’s been vacuumed.
34. I enjoy cleaning.
35. I hate taking the trash out.
36. I have to make my bed every morning.
37. I haven’t worn my retainer in 3 years.
38. I get nervous when I drive over very long bridges.
39. I like antiques, but sometimes they really freak me out.
40. I think flopped-eared rabbits are really cute.
41. My favorite kind of dog is a miniature schnauzer.
42. My favorite holiday is Independence Day.
43. I like Diet Coke.
44. I love getting my hair blown dry by a hairdresser.
45. I love wearing my slippers.
46. After church I always change into my pj’s.
47. I don’t like leaving voicemail messages.
48. I am a huge procrastinator.
49. I like going out to eat.
50. I love going to sporting events…football, baseball, basketball and hockey. It’s all fun.
51. I am usually cold.
52. I am a loud sneezer.
53. On the days I put fresh sheets on the bed I have to take a shower that night and wear clean pj’s to bed. It’s the best.
54. I love the smell of fabric softener.
55. I don’t use bleach because I always end up ruining my clothes.
56. I hate being short.
57. I am envious of my sister’s sense of style and design.
58. I wish I had a fireplace in my house.
59. I love mowing the lawn.
60. I don’t like how my handwriting looks when I write on the chalkboard.
61. I have to use a blue pen when I write. Black ink is no good.
62. I like wearing my husband’s pajama pants.
63. I remember really random things from my past.

74. I haven’t opened our mail box for 2 years. It’s Trav’s job.
75. I’ve been hospitalized because I had the flu.
76. I got pulled over by a cop for the first time in 2006 (my car was missing a license plate).
77. I miss my brother.
78. I think Chuck Norris jokes are really funny.
79. Since leaving home for college I have lived with more than 30 different girls.
80. I like ranch dressing with most everything.
81. I am a True Aggie.
82. I’ve had my head stuck between the bars of a metal gate. (I was 2-years old)
83. I’ve lived in New Mexico, Colorado, Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
84. I like eating hotdogs at baseball games.
85. If I go out to eat at a Mexican restaurant I always order nachos.
86. In the 5th grade I was a member of the Skip-its. A jump-roping club. I was awesome.
87. I had to go to summer school when I was in high school because I couldn’t pass algebra.
88. I decided I liked writing when I was in the 5th grade because I got an A+ on an essay I wrote about the civil war.
89. I haven’t dressed up for Halloween since 2001.
90. I can’t curl my tongue.
91. I’ve been wearing contacts since I was 14.
92. When I add I still use my fingers.
93. Even though I don’t work full-time, Friday is still my favorite day of the week.
94. I miss being in college…not the homework, just the atmosphere.
95. For some strange reason, I am in love with the voice of Nicholas Cage.
96. Horses scare me.
97. I wish I had a café to hang out in like the people on TV.
98. I don’t like Orange Julius.
99. I wish the roads in Oregon/Washington weren’t so confusing
100. I think Bigfoot exits.
