Utah Trip and Monday Night Football

The same weekend my sister, Beth, moved from Salt Lake City, Utah to Portland, Oregon just happened to be the same weekend Bonny, my old roommate from Utah State, got married in the Salt Lake City temple. It was a really busy weekend, but I managed to squeeze everything in. Bonny's wedding reception was in Logan, Utah so I was able visit the USU campus. I hadn't been on campus for more than 3 years so I took the opportunity to buy 25 dollars worth of USU's famous Aggie Ice Cream; not to mention 30 dollars in dry ice to get the ice cream home! Boy, is it delicious. Go Aggies!!

Beth and I also had a great time driving from Salt Lake to Portland. We borrowed our brother's portable DVD player and we watched seasons 1 and 2 of "The Office." It made the long drive much more bearable.

My old Utah State roommie, Alicia and I ate dinner at The Bluebird, a popular restaurant in Logan. Eating there sure brought back lots of memories for the two of us.

This is cute Bonny Steele just after she got married.

My nephew, Tristan, brought Beth a mini-pumpkin as a farewell gift. He was really excited about it.

Here we have Dena, Tristan and Jeff. Beth and I are in the back.
