We spent 3 days in Olympic National Park last weekend. It was pretty cold and it rained all night our first night out. We saw 10 deer the first day, and 2 elk the following day. We tried getting a picture of the elk, but it was dark and we couldn't aim our camera right.
This was Trav's attempt. At least we got both ends!
This is a view from Hurricane Ridge. The ranger told us the tallest mountain is 7 thousand feet, which I thought was funny becuase the tallest mountain in Colorado is over 14 thousand feet.
This is us, of course, in one of our campsites at Heart O' the Hills Campground. I'm not kidding that's the real name of the campsite.
This is our campsite at the Hoh Rainforest Campsite. It was wierd to be in an actual rainforest and it did rain. Good thing too because I might not of believed it to be a real rain forest.
This was a big tree in the Hoh Rainforest. Big tree lots of moss.
This is at Rinaldo Beach. We were going to stay until sunset to get nice pictures, but that was 2 hours away and we were hungry.
This is part of the Hoh Rain Forest.

Port Angeles, Washingon.
This was taken as we sat in our car waiting to get on a ferry to take us back to the main Island of Washington. As a side note, John Elway was born in Port Angeles, WA.
